Whitehall, Michigan
Whitehall, located in northern Muskegon County about five miles from the Lake Michigan coastline, is named for its location at the end of beautiful White Lake, actually the mouth of the White River at Lake Michigan. It is a commuter town to the greater Muskegon area just 10 miles to the south. Much of its economy is tourist-related, especially its extended marina on the lake. If you're looking for outdoor recreational opportunities, a relaxing few days on the beach, golf, or some shopping Whitehall has it. Swim, sail, canoe or fish on our beautiful lakes. Whitehall is also the home to the White River Lighthouse, the world's largest weathervane and more. The White Lake Area is the perfect year round vacation destination and White Lake has it all!
